18 MAY. INTERNATIONAL MUSEUM DAY

The slogan for the 2004 International Museum Day is "Museums and Intangible Heritage". At Es Baluard we are celebrating this event with an open day and "Apunts", a live performance of music and dance given by the dancers Amèlia Llop and Carme Vadell and the musicians Jaume Rosselló (electronic music) and Enric Pastor (violin). Both the choreography and the music have been specially created this occasion, with the works of art and the museum itself as the inspiration for the compositions.
