In a landscape where the earth has forgotten human life, a new body appears.

Beyond touch and language, it is born as a solitary echo in search of pulsation — of the rhythm that vibrates where only the earth remains. Between the last breath, this being emerges: a post-human hybrid with ancestral memory and a futuristic code, dancing through extinction and reinvention.

Catalina Carrasco is a dancer, choreographer, and performer. Her work arises from the exploration of movement as a territory of transformation and memory. She has presented her pieces and collaborations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America, receiving various awards and recognitions throughout her career. Trained in classical dance, theatre, butoh, and other contemporary disciplines in Madrid, Barcelona, London, and Berlin, she holds a degree in Contemporary Dance from the University of Fine Arts (UMH) and studied several years of Visual Arts (UOC). In 2013, together with technologist and scientist Gaspar Morey, she founded the BAAL collective, through which they explore the relationship between body and technology as a space of resistance and poetry.
