Es Baluard celebrates its 9th anniversary with open doors

The weekend of February 2 and 3, Es Baluard will be free. This open doors days are part of the celebration of the ninth anniversary of the museum, which was inaugurated on January 30, 2004.

This is a good opportunity to see the exhibition “Mallorca and interpretation of the landscape”, opening on February 1st. It’s a selection of Mallorcan landscapes paintings from the Es Baluard’s collection.

Visitors can also enjoy the temporary exhibition “The perception of space”, a selection of sculptures from the Es Baluard’s collection, and those permanents “Miró. Ubu on stage” with works by Joan Miró dedicated to the literary character Ubú, of the writer Alfred Jarry, “Picasso Ceramics”, “Dialogues in abstraction” and “Modernism-Postmodernism”.
