Jorge Mayet and ‘Arquitectura para las almas’ (Architecture for Souls)
The artist Jorge Mayet (Havana, 1962) describes the creative process of the installation "Arquitectura para las almas" (Architecture for Souls), exhibited in the Es Baluard's Aljub from 11 March to 29 May, 2011. The piece procedes from the intervention Mayet made at the Miami Basel 2009, when he put a bohío (Cuban house) on the sea.
