Publication edited by the Fundació Es Baluard on the occasion of the exhibition by Bernardí Roig (Palma, 1965) “Caps [y] Bous. El tercer cuerno” at Museo Arqueológico Nacional, Madrid, where Roig offers a dialogue with the collections of the museum. It becomes a metaphor that expands the truth of the discovered object, revealing what emerges from an object that has been sanctified and transformed by the museum’s aura. When these objects accumulate an overwhelming number of gazes, their meaning changes. It is a project organized by Ministerio de Cultura and Museo Arqueológico Nacional with the collaboration of Govern de les Illes Balears through the Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, Consell de Mallorca, Ajuntament de Palma, Fundació Turisme Palma 365, Polivas S.L. and Es Baluard Museu. The publication includes images of the exhibition and texts by Fernando Castro Flórez, Esmeralda Gómez and Bernardí Roig.
