Catalogue of the first one-man exhibition in the Balearic Islands on British artist Jason Martin. Linked to the Young British Artists (YBA), in this exhibition, Martin referenced the work Cape Arkona by Romantic German artist Caspar David Friedrich by creating monochromatic works painted in oils on large aluminium surfaces, the fruit of his capacity for synthesising figuration and abstraction. The catalogue includes colour reproductions of the works displayed, together with critical essays by Fernando Francés and Santiago Olmo.
