Mallorcan artist Joan Cortés recovers the historical origins of El Aljub with Memoria del agua, a sculpture-installation created specifically for Es Baluard Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani de Palma. The catalogue includes images of the production process of the work, together with a reproduction of the installation itself, accompanied by essays by Cristina Ros, the museum’s director, and art critic Santiago Olmo.
