Supervised by Antoni Miralda, the artist who created the exhibition and FoodCulturaMuseum, the book introduces fifty concepts that pose a reflection on the connections between food/culture and energy/power, accompanied by images that do not aim to illustrate the texts, but rather offer a cross-sectional view. The book also contains texts by 46 authors who are experts in the material.
