In this workshop, held at la Llotja, we will continue the work of Katharina Grosse through a creative immersion activity in which participating families will be both spectators and creators, expanding the use of colour through different materials and textures throughout the space and integrating architecture as part of the artwork.
Belén Pez, a visual artist, uses colour as a language, creating works and installations that transform space into something beautiful and reflective; and Julia Petisco, a collage artist and creator of Estiu Concept Store, is interested in artistic approaches with a feminist perspective, artisanal creative processes, and cultural management.
Both worked with Katharina Grosse and her studio on the installation “Arrels”, and with this workshop, they intend to continue that creative process, expanding colour beyond form.
Target audience:
October 24, November 14, and November 28: Workshops for children aged 3 to 6 accompanied by adults
November 7, 21, and December 12: Workshops for children aged 7 to 12 accompanied by adults
