We talk about art: colour in expansion

Led by Belén Pez and Julia Petisco, participants in the process of the installation created by artist Katharina Grosse at the Llotja in Palma, we will delve into the world that Grosse conceives as a space for painting. In “Arrels”, she transforms the Llotja into an active field of experience, using color as a force to unify disparate elements, alter perception, and generate a multisensory immersion in the space.

Belén Pez, a visual artist, uses colour as a language, creating works and installations that transform the space into something beautiful and reflective; and Julia Petisco, a collage artist and creator of the Estiu Concept Store, is interested in artistic approaches with a feminist perspective, artisanal creative processes, and cultural management.

Both worked alongside Katharina Grosse and her studio on the installation of “Arrels”.
